Facilitated by Dr Sonja Kelly, Global Head of the WWB Institute, this immersive workshop brings together financial service providers and policymakers to co create solutions for advancing women centered financial services.
Participants will be grouped into roundtable teams to identify real life barriers, ideate practical solutions and assess feasibility and impact for the women’s market. Selected teams will then pair up to exchange ideas and receive real time feedback, enabling cross sector learning and alignment.
The workshop concludes with a reflective exercise where participants commit to a time bound inclusive practice, solution or initiative they intend to implement within their institutions. Each participant will receive Women’s World Banking’s policy handbook and practical guide on women centered design, ensuring they leave not only inspired but equipped to drive change.
